FINALLY I GOT THE SO CALLED LOST POSTCARD

Finally, this supposed to be the lost postcard arrived just last two days ago. Actually, it was sent by my postcrosser-friend Laszlo on February 19, 2009. We wondered what happened and I even thought it was lost somewhere. But here it comes! The same story my online friend told me yesterday. I sent a postcard for him some years ago. And he just received it for two years of waiting. I can't imagine that. Anyways, thanks Laszlo for the first postcard you sent for me from your country Hungry. I received the second and the third postcard and I will send the third postcard soon.

P.S. I really like this multiple postcard from Hungary. They are beautiful places!

WRAP WITH PERSONAL TOUCH

I really love to read books of all kinds especially romance and funny ones. However, I don't have time to read one anymore. My work occupies all my time.

I ended up buying some books and gave them. This one I gave to my blogger-friend Blue Rose. It's on her wish list.

Aside that book, I gave to boxes of local delicacy- the mango otap.

I wrapped them with specialty paper from my collection.

I love wrapping gifts personally. With the help of origami, it came up beautiful. And I proud to give the gifts.

Laszlo is into postcrossing project too. He is willing to swap postcards and I am lucky to be one of the co-postcrossers who received a postcard from him. He is originally from Hungry. But I received a slovenian postcard from him and it's actually the first postcard I received from him and from the country Slovenia where he was there for a student exchange program.

The postcard shows the Gorenjska (in slovene) or upper Carniola. It is a traditional region of Slovenia.
